What is it with magickal beings and wanting human kids? Seriously. I don't get it. You always hear about faeries and the like replacing some human baby with one of their own. But... why? Faeries, nymphs, elementals and sprites are so very much more fun. =^_~= This beastie is the result of such a swap-- just a substitute. Poor little thing started out looking all human, but as she got older, she just started to... change. We're not sure exactly what she is, yet, but as she grows, her species will probably make itself known. --- P.S. The doll was made from translucent sculpey, wire, fabric, stuffing and yarn. She was coloured with wet chalk, and her eyes and mouth were washed over with multiple layers of sculpey glaze. She's also posable. =0__o=; Mrrr. yaaay. Oh, and yes, her stitches ARE supposed to be visible. XD; --- Random progress shot---> [link] |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
